Trailer Placement & Movement

• You are not allowed to move the trailers.
• We drop the trailer where you want it (if accessible) and then it is locked in place.
• We come back to pick it up when the rental period is over.
• Trailers cannot be kept overnight. Each rental is for 8 hours, and the trailer is picked up the same day.
• Customers may not hitch, tow, or relocate the trailer themselves under any circumstances.

Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for the trailer if it is damaged or stolen while in your possession.
• Please keep the area around the trailer clear and secure.
• You pay all dump fees. Dump fees are charged in addition to the rental fee and any mileage fees.

Liability

• We are not responsible for any injuries that occur while using our trailers.
• Use the trailer at your own risk.
• Follow all safety guidelines when loading and unloading.

Additional Notes

Dump trailer loads must follow local landfill and transfer station guidelines. The cargo trailer is for clean loads only (no trash or dirty materials).
